Healing Your Gut with Andrea Telfer-Karbo and Kristen Boehmer
Todays podcast is a special one because I got to chat with two people who not only do I love and adore but they have made such a difference in my life as well as the lives of countless others.
Andrea Telfer Karbo is a nurse practitioner and functional medicine practitioner she specializes in digestive health, advanced allergy therapeutics, and herbal medicine. She owns her own her practice in Martinez, Ca called The Remedy.
And Kristen Boehmer who almost doesn’t need an intro because she already is a Sparkle Squad fave but for those of u who may not know her story, Kristen healed herself years of Chronic illness. And has now made it her work to help others during their healing journey. She does this by being a Mindset coach as well as her own courses like Total Mind Reset and Overcoming overwhelm.
The two of them came together with the perfect blend of practitioner and patient mixed with functional medicine and minuet and together they created The Total Gut Reset.
Today we are chatting all about Gut health and their course which also happens to be opening up for enrollment tomorrow!
